How long does my order take to be processed and delivered?

Please give 24 hours notice to allow the design of your floral order (ie. order placed on Sunday will be delivered by Monday between 9am-5pm)

Business Hours are Friday-Monday 9-5 pm, orders placed outside of these hours will not be filled until the following business day, which is Friday-Monday (ie. order placed on Tuesday will not be delivered until Friday 9am-5pm).

Email for special requests outside of business hours, we aim to provide your flowers for requested floral services.

Do you offer delivery services?

We will deliver up to 19 miles. Your floral order will be delivered within 24 hours of order placed unless outside business hours, delivery will take place the next closest business day if order placed outside of business hours.

If you choose pickup for your order, an email will be sent for instructions regarding pickup.

What is your return policy? 

Please email with concerns regarding your floral purchases so we can make a plan to replace flowers that were damaged or didn’t meet your expectations.
